Services
The Site helps you to obtain information regarding home-based business opportunities (the “Services”) available from various third-party businesses (each a “Distributor”).
You engage the Services by completing and submitting the Site’s on-line application form.
Once you complete and submit the online form, we pass on your application to a third-party Distributor. That Distributor will deliver to you an information package describing the home-based business opportunity, and will schedule a meeting between you and a home-based business coach.
Once you are contacted by the Distributor, the Services are complete. It is then up to you to pursue the business opportunity directly with the Distributor. The Site cannot be used for direct communications between you and any Business Client.

You represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority set by your applicable law, and (b) all application information you submit is true, complete, current and accurate.
Business Opportunities
We do not provide home-based business opportunities. By providing the Services through the Site, we connect interested individuals with third-party Distributors who have home-based opportunities available.
We are not responsible for content of Distributors’ sites, or for the nature or quality of any business opportunity about which you are informed.
We do not represent or warrant that you will find a business opportunity that meets your criteria, or that you will sign up a business opportunity presented through the Site and the Services.
If you do sign up for and pursue a business opportunity through a third-party Distributor, we do not represent or warrant that the business opportunity will be successful or will provide any guaranteed or minimum income, and we make no guarantee of any level of earnings or degree of success. You understand and acknowledge that the income level and success of any home-based business opportunity depends on many factors, including your experience, skill and judgement, economic conditions, the market, and competition in your area.
You are solely responsible for researching and investigating any Distributors and their business opportunities. You should check business opportunities carefully before entering into any agreement of any kind and before disclosing personal information or paying any money. Please use caution and common sense when dealing with a Distributor and when investigating and pursuing any home-based business opportunity.
Any correspondence or business dealings with any Distributor through the Site and the Services is solely between you and the Distributor. We are not responsible for any damages you may suffer by entering into such transactions, or for any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings. You and the Distributor, not us, are responsible for complying with all laws applicable in any such transaction. Any payments you make with respect to a home-based business opportunity are paid directly to the Distributor, not to us.
